This role is part of the Havas x LIFT Platform Internship programme; a unique placement experience with global agency Havas, in the advertising, communication and media sector.

Role and Agency: HKX Junior Commercial Internship - Havas London

We are recruiting a very exciting role for a Commercial Assistant.

The commercial team has the remit to fundamentally challenge the status quo and provide the highest standard of management information to Senior Management. This role will work across the creative side of the Village providing greater commercial acumen from a more proactive forward-looking, commercial team.

Duties

• Timesheet checking/chasing and provide assistance / training where needed.
• Processing timesheet amendments and ensuring timesheet data is accurate and complete.
• Provide Agency assistance on Pulse queries.
• Pulse & Agresso rate card maintenance.
• Management of resource tracker.
• Weekly reporting to the agencies.
• Reviewing and maintenance of PBI.
• Monthly Client reports and other ad hoc reports to Commercial Accountant.
• Ad hoc reporting and tasks.

• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and producing high quality work

• Good Presentation and Communication skills
• Competency in excel desirable but not necessary.

Additional information

This role is for a Six-Month Platform position

This is a ‘hybrid’ role, which means that candidates will be required to work some of time in the office and some time working from home. The exact split of time across the office and home will be dependent on each team and the requirements of the work tasks on any given week. However, Platformers should expect to be in the office up to 100% of the time, if required.
