We’re looking for creative thinkers who are ready to dive into creativity and positive impact. We’ve crafted three questions to unearth your thinking and approach - follow your gut and don’t overthink it.

3. If curiosity had a shape, what would it be?
Images
Having a finished portfolio isn’t important to us, it’s about demonstrating why your interested in design. Please upload 3 images in a PDF, these images should be images you have made and are proud of. Beneath each picture write a short explanation (max 200 words) to describe your image and why your proud of it
Final Checks:
• Are you a resident of a LIFT borough (Camden, Hackney or Islington) aged 18+?
• Do you have right to work in the UK?
• Can you confirm you are available for an 8-week period from May 2026 and are able to attend the office based in Farringdon 3 days a week?

Why LIFT and a limited application area?

to be an active part of our local community, ensuring under represented talent get the support they need. We are currently exploring how Sponge can expand to our other office locations to give non-Camden, Hackney and Islington residents future opportunities.
