Havas Platform is a 6-month full-time paid internship programme in partnership with LIFT.  The various agencies within the Havas umbrella are providing multiple roles within the advertising, communication, and media industry. The programme is ideal for anyone looking to begin their career in the creative, tech and digital industry and is interested in brands, culture, and communication. The programme is designed to be an in-depth learning and supported role where you will have the opportunity to be a part of the real team, working on real briefs, doing real work, for real clients. You will also have access to a mentor and peer-to-peer group work.

Havas Agency: Havas People - Role: Data and Analysis

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our Havas Platform programme and ultimately, become our new Junior Data Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analysis and ultimately the Media Director. You will see behind the curtain of data of how we operate as a department and be taught at every stage how we generate and leverage the power data and analysis, to help our clients answer the question, “so, how did we do?”.

In our quest to answer this, you will be taken under the wings of the Metrics Team, and introduced to the wider Media Team that we liaise with daily. This will aide in your integration within the Havas People team and ensure you have solid footing to grow your knowledge, lateral and critical thinking skills as you begin your journey in the world of data analysis.

We will train you so you can gain an understanding of not only what we do as a department, but also how we then collaborate with other teams with a mind to answering the aforementioned question. You will be shown around all the tools at our disposal, from our Ad Server tool, Google CM360, to our data visualization platform, Looker Studio, you will also be given access to these (once you feel confident enough) so you can get hands-on experience with these too.

During this six month programme, we will also show you our processes from initial scoping out of a project, to understanding what tracking needs to be implemented to answer the specific advertising campaign’s KPIs(Key Performance Indicators), to how we then design and build our reporting out

Insight and Analytical Conclusions: Draw insights from the data available on the performance of campaigns as well as industry/sector benchmark data. Enable insights to be drawn easily from the data available by the wider team.
